Power Set Name: Circle Leader

Archetype: Mastermind

[Ideally, some full robes graphic and the ornate collars / headgear available to CoT mages would be added to the costume options for characters wanting to go this route.]

1) Poison Staff (toxic ranged attack +self-heal. The staff appears in the MMs hand and uses the same graphic as used by the CoT Life Mages.)

2) Summon Guards (summons one to three CoT Guards, with throw Dagger and Falchion attacks (both Lethal with some Negative Energy). The MM fingers an amulet at his neck and gestures with his other hand held high, with the Guards fading into appearance from some other-dimensional place and looking around warily before settling in to follow their teacher.)

3) Crystal Staff (energy blast +knockback, the staff of a Force Mage appears in hand and produces the same effect.)

4) Enchantment (Guards gain Thorn Swords and Crossbows, Spectres gain Chill of the Night, Behemoth gains Fire Breath and Swipe. The MM raises his hands (Darkest Night animation) and a magic circle appears on the ground underneath the affected pet, with light rising up and transforming / buffing the pet appropriately.)

5) Darkness Staff (petrifying gaze +neg energy DoT damage as Gloom, the Staff of a Death Mage appears, and the appropriate attack is launched. In all 'Staff' attacks, the staff appears and disappears instantly, there is no 'draw time,' as the appropriate staff is conjured up magically when the MM activates the power and extends his arm towards the target, and vanishes the same way when the attack animation is done.)

6) Call up Spectres (calls up one or two Spectres with Flight, Siphon Life and Smite. The Spectres come bursting from the MMs chest, as if he has bound them within his own body.)

7) Sacrifice (can target any pet and cause it to explode in a high energy PBAoE blast, with damage scaling based on it’s total hit points (so higher level pets do more) and hit points remaining (so undamaged pets do more). The MM throws some sort of 'ball of magic' at his pet resembling the Poison heal (but blue in color), and the pet immediately goes into the 'pre-explosion constipation' look.)

8) Conjure Behemoth (Summons one CoT Behemoth with Fire Sword, Flares, Scorch, Temp Invulnerability and Superleap. The MM raises his arms, tracing a circle and a portal appears, with the Behemoth stepping out, snorting steam and smoke out it's nostrils and bowing it's head respectfully to it's summoner.)

9) Dark Pact (Guards become Thorn Casters, 1st becomes Ice (Ice Blast, Hoarfrost, Block of Ice and Chillblain), 2nd becomes Air (Flight, Lightning Bolt, Snow Storm and Thunder Clap) and 3rd becomes Earth (Rock Armor, Stone Prison, Stone Spears and Quicksand), Spectres become Nerva Knights (can go Ethereal, gains Midnight Grasp and Ice Blast) and Behemoth grows wings and becomes visibly larger and more muscular, gaining as well Flight, Fire Blast and Healing Flames)
