Stephen’s powers are all electrical in nature, even his ‘vacuum support’ deriving from an electrostatic cocoon of air that clings to his body, even when he travels into vacuum or underwater, with the constant current acting as a rebreather and causing his exhaled CO2 to be scrubbed and remain usable indefinitely. Underwater, fresh oxygen is pulled out of the water around him by his electrical powers, and his ability to manipulate his own internal bioelectricity keeps him warm or cool, as needed, and also preserves his tissues against effects of pressure. Earned XP will go to increase DX by 2 (+30), DR by 15 (+45), Lightning Attack to 10d (+24) and ST to whatever the market will bear (+161 CP leftover?).
