   A psychopath pure and simple, Pietr isn't much fun at parties but does get the job done.  B. SPD: 12, Move: 24, 2 actions/turn due to A.T.R., FC 1 and Karate-16 allows 3 claw attacks/action and 4 full actions/turn, totalling 12 attacks per turn doing 3d-1 Impaling or 3d+2 Cutting ignoring 50% of the targets DR.  He prefers Supers that have to wear Kevlar...  He himself wears 2nd Chance Standard (PD 2, DR 16 to the Torso and vitals).
