· Command Voice: This Technique was one of the first successes of the Office of Semiotics.  Their theory was that every person has a certain voice (or several of them) that they were hardwired to obey without question, it could be a parent, a spouse, a commander or a dimly remembered schoolyard bully, but in whatever case, it was a voice that one was accustomed to obeying without a second thought.  Through research a Technique was developed to allow the Psion to utter a brief directive that most would find it hard to resist.  The Psion herself will hear nothing out of the ordinary, nor will any bystanders, who might be startled to see the affected person snap to perform the requested service, and even the subject won’t hear his dead fathers voice, but some undefinable quality of authority will be transferred to the Psions voice.

System: Spend a point and roll Psi in a resisted roll against the Subterfuge of the subject. Each success counts as a success on any appropriate Social roll, such as Intimidation or Command.
